Because every single genuine Saxaflute is handcrafted and tuned individually by Johnny, our shipping timeline moves dynamically depending on whether we are currently working in the main studio or demonstrating our instruments live on an international festival tour.

????️ When in the Workshop (Standard Shipping)
When Johnny is active in the workshop, packages are packed, labeled, and shipped out every single day. If your chosen model is in stock, it will be dispatched immediately via priority mail tracking.
???? When on the Road (Transit Updates)
Because Saxaflute travels extensively from festival to festival across Europe and internationally, there may occasionally be slight shipping delays due to direct travel times. If your order falls during a transit period, you will receive a fast, direct email message from Johnny explaining the exact situation and outlining your revised tracking schedule. We keep our communication clear so you are never left wondering.
???? When Live on Location at an Event
If you purchase an instrument while Johnny is actively working a live showcase—such as the Fallas festival in Valencia, Spain or the Creativa exhibition in Dortmund, Germany—your order will be processed at the absolute next possible moment. Johnny will personally run your package out to the nearest available secure shipping courier, carrier drop box, or automated locker station to get it moving to your destination without unnecessary delay.
Global Tracking & Secure Packing
Every pocket sax is packed securely in specialized, impact-resistant transit packaging to ensure your instrument arrives in mathematically perfect concert pitch. Once your package is scanned into the carrier network, a automated notification tracking link will be emailed to your account immediately.
