Experience the absolute peak of acoustic resonance and professional woodwind engineering with the Hardwood Bamboo Saxaflute. Turned on a precise wood lathe, this premium model offers an exceptional sound profile designed specifically for recording artists, street buskers, and live performers.

This high-performance instrument is handcrafted from legendary "Iron Bamboo"—a rare variety known as Tam Vong. Getting harder and harder to source in Europe, Tam Vong is a solid-core bamboo that requires intense, meticulous work to craft. Because this species grows almost completely solid, the dense center must be individually drilled out on a lathe. This leaves the instrument with thick, rock-hard walls that create incredible natural acoustic resonance, deep projection, and rich harmonic overtones that standard folk instruments simply cannot replicate.

Available in the key of C, every single piece is 100% handmade and precisely concert-tuned personally by Johnny. Unlike ordinary folk flutes or non-standard pocket saxophones from alternative makers— which are often only tuned to themselves—the Saxaflute allows you to play alongside guitars, pianos, and backing tracks flawlessly right out of the box.

Highly portable, exceptionally responsive, and built to play using standard alto saxophone mouthpieces and reeds. Discover a professional-grade travel instrument built with decades of master artisanal craftsmanship.
